The double-head massage roller for Madero therapy arose from the idea of using the design of the LPG device for body reshaping. The double-head creates a skin fold, thereby acting to increase the elasticity of the fascia and eliminate cellulite.

The double-head massage roller can be used in three different ways:
1. Concave roller – the concave shape of the roller stimulates finger massage and helps us drain waste products from the lymph and supply nutrients that help in fat metabolism.
2. A small wooden roller, which is turned in such a way as to stimulate the lymphatic system, secrete fat and promote the elasticity of the fascia – connective tissue, which affects the appearance of the skin and eliminates cellulite.
3. When both rollers are used together, they create a skin fold and cover a larger surface area, thus increasing the function of the fascia and so enabling the achievement of faster and better results within the same time frame of Madero therapy implementation.
